Delivering Beyond Borders
Legal
At Nexus Move , moving your packages safely across borders is our job — and protecting the personal information that comes with them is part of that job too. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect when you create a shipment or track a package with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have over it. By using our tracking services or requesting a shipment through Nexus Move , you agree to the practices described below.
We collect information in three main ways: what you give us directly, what's generated automatically as your shipment moves through our network, and what we receive from delivery and payment partners we work with.
We use the information above strictly to run and improve our logistics service. That includes:
We do not sell sender or receiver information to third-party advertisers, and we never use shipment contents for marketing purposes.
Every shipment we handle generates a tracking number and an internal history of scan events (pickup, transit hub arrivals, customs milestones, delivery attempts, and so on). This tracking history is tied to the tracking number, not to a public profile — anyone entering a valid tracking number can view shipment progress, so we recommend only sharing your tracking number with people you trust to receive that package.
Where a shipment requires a clearance fee or duty payment, we support cryptocurrency payments (including USDT over the TRC20 network). We do not store your wallet's private keys or seed phrase — we only record the destination wallet address we provide you, the amount due, and the transaction reference you submit as proof of payment. Blockchain transactions are public by nature; anything you send is also visible on the relevant public ledger independent of our systems.
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged into the tracking page during a session, remember basic preferences (like your selected language), and understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some tracking-page features may not work correctly without them.
We share shipment and contact information only where necessary to complete delivery or comply with the law:
We do not share your data with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
We retain shipment records, including sender/receiver details and the shipment history timeline, for as long as needed to resolve disputes, satisfy customs and tax record-keeping requirements, and support our own service improvements. After that period, records are securely deleted or anonymized.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — including restricted internal access to shipment records and encrypted connections on our tracking and payment pages — to protect your information. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held in connection with a shipment. To make a request, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page — we may need to verify your identity and your relationship to the relevant shipment before acting on it.
Our services are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old or who otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into a shipping contract. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our tracking and shipping services after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
