Nexus Move provides domestic and international parcel shipping, customs clearance coordination, and shipment tracking services. We act as a logistics provider and, where applicable, coordinate with third-party carriers, customs brokers, and last-mile delivery partners to complete your shipment.

When you create a shipment with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate sender, receiver, and package information
• Accurately declare the contents and value of your shipment
• Ensure the shipment does not contain any prohibited or restricted items
• Pay any applicable clearance fees, duties, or taxes required to release your shipment
• Keep your tracking number confidential where the shipment contains sensitive or valuable contents

You may not use our services to ship illegal substances, weapons or ammunition, hazardous or flammable materials, counterfeit goods, live animals, or any item prohibited by the customs regulations of the origin or destination country. We reserve the right to inspect, hold, or refuse any shipment suspected of containing prohibited items, and to report such shipments to the relevant authorities.

Shipping rates, clearance fees, and any applicable duties are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, declared value, and destination. Where a clearance or duty payment is required to release a shipment, we accept payment via the methods listed on our payment page, including cryptocurrency (USDT via TRC20). Shipments will not be released or continue transit until any outstanding fees are settled.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the sender or receiver, as applicable, and are separate from our shipping fees. We are not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or additional charges imposed by government authorities.

We update shipment status and tracking history as accurately and promptly as possible. However, tracking updates depend on scan events reported by our facilities and partner carriers, and there may be brief delays between a physical event (such as arrival at a hub) and its reflection on the tracking page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Move is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, customs holds, or loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs authority actions, natural disasters, or third-party carrier failures. Our liability for a lost or damaged shipment, where applicable, is limited to the declared value stated at the time of booking, unless additional insurance was purchased.

Shipments may be canceled prior to pickup or handover to a carrier by contacting our support team. Once a shipment is in transit, cancellation may not be possible. Refund eligibility for fees already paid depends on the stage of the shipment and is handled on a case-by-case basis — see our Shipping Policy for details.

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service to any user found to be violating these Terms, attempting fraudulent activity, or repeatedly shipping prohibited items, without prior notice where necessary to protect our network or comply with the law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexus Move is registered to operate. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will first be addressed through direct negotiation with our support team before pursuing formal legal action.

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page occasionally.
